All orders received by 3:00 Eastern time Monday to Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00 Eastern will ship the next day. Orders received after 3:00 Eastern on Friday will ship the next business day.
All of our orders are shipped from our store, in the CrossIron Mills shopping centre located 10 minutes from the Calgary Airport.
Regular price items are returnable within 15 days of receipt. Items discounted less than 50% are exchange only and items discounted more than 50% are final sale. Underwear, Jewelry, and accessories are final sale.
Shipping Charges and shipping insurance are not refundable.
