    Holiday Return Policy

    Underground wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept regular-priced merchandise for return as long as it meets the following criteria: 

    1. Merchandise is in original condition and has not been worn, altered or washed.
    2. Merchandise has all original tags attached.
    3. Package is postmarked for return within 15 days of delivery.
    4. Underwear, socks, hats, accessories, and swimwear are final sales.

    NOTE: All items that are on sale and less than 50% off may be exchanged, or a store credit can be issued. Items that are more than 50% off are FINAL SALE (not returnable or exchangeable). Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of any returns. 

    Holiday Online Return Policy: Urewards members may exchange regular price items until Jan 6, 2024. Sale items are final sale. Merchandise must be unworn & have all tags attached. All sale items, undergarments, hats/caps, and accessories are FINAL SALE. 

    Gift Receipt items are exchange only until Jan 6, 2024. 

    If returning items online: We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. In order to process a return, you must send back the product in the original condition and in the original packaging along with a return merchandise authorization. Please contact prior to returning any items to receive return merchandise authorization. 


    If returning items in store: You will need to contact in order for a return or exchange process to begin regardless of where you are returning or exchanging your product. Online return or exchange orders can be processed in stores. Shipping fees are always non-refundable. Please keep your original invoice receipt, proof of the delivery date, and a piece of photo ID in order to exchange product in the store as you will be required to have this information in the store. 

    Found A Problem? 

    In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please accept our apologies. We ask that you notify prior returning the product with the reason for your return so we may assess the problem. If an item is faulty, we’ll send you a replacement if the relevant style is in stock and if not, we’ll arrange for a refund. 

    Note: Items must be washed as per the instructions provided on the care label. Products washed incorrectly will not be considered as faulty.
