• All orders received on weekdays before 2 PM MST will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

• Orders under $150, $14.95 shipping fee, 1-4 day delivery time
• Orders over $150, free shipping, 1-4 day delivery time

Express Shipping- anytime

• 1-3 days delivery, prices available at checkout

To ensure you receive your order by December 24, please be advised of the below cut-off dates:

Order by 3:00pm MST, December 16

Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon

Order by 3:00pm MST December 19

Holiday Shipping Restrictions

P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations are considered "beyond points". Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call 800-609-5724 so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
