Holiday Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100
- Standard: (orders less than $100) 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends) - $8
- Express: 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $15
- Overnight: 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $22
Holiday Order Processing Times
Holiday Shipping — During high-volume periods, you may receive your shipping confirmation 1-2 days later than expected. We appreciate your patience!
Standard & Express Shipping — Orders placed by 2PM EST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 2PM EST Friday will be shipping the following Monday. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed out the next business day.
Overnight Shipping — Orders placed by 12PM EST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 12PM EST Friday will be shipping the following Monday. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Holiday Shipping Restrictions
P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations are considered "beyond points". Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact 800-609-5724 for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.
Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call 800-609-5724 so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting an Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
