ONLINE PURCHASE - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You will need to contact service@undergroundclothing.ca for a return or exchange process to begin, regardless of where or how you are returning or exchanging your product.
We will gladly accept regular-priced merchandise for return if it meets the following criteria:
1. Merchandise is in original condition and has not been worn, altered, or washed.
2. Merchandise has all original tags attached.
3. Package is postmarked for return within 15 days of delivery.
4. Item is not a hat/cap, undergarments, swimwear, socks, and jewellery are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.
5.Β You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Sale Items up to 50% will be refunded to a gift card. Sale items discounted by more than 50% (including coupon discounts) areΒ FINAL SALE.
Returning items in store: Online return or exchange orders can be processed in store at our CrossIron Mills location. Please keep your original invoice receipt, proof of the delivery date, and a piece of photo ID to exchange product in the store as you will be required to have this information in the store.
Shipping and Insurance fees are always non-refundable.

We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 15 days of purchase.
Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.
SwimwearΒ must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygienic protection liner still attached. Items with makeup marks, no hygienic liners or removed tags are Final Sale.
All undergarments, hosiery, jewellery, andΒ hats/caps areΒ final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.Β
Sale items that are less than 50% off may be exchanged, sale items that are discounted 50% (including coupon discounts) or more areΒ FINAL SALE, and will not be refunded or exchanged.
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to a Gift Card.
Please Note: We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. To process a return, you must send back the product in the original condition and in the original packaging along with a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
