FREE SHIPPING OFFER

Receive free Standard Shipping within Canada for purchases of $50+, excluding taxes, when signed into an Underground Clothing account. Items will be shipped for free using Canada Post or Fedex Regular Service shipping. The free shipping service typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive at destinations within Canada.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard: 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) - $8 
Express: 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) - $15
Priority: overnight to major Canadian centres - $22
US Standard: 5-10 days business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $10 CDN

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

During high-volume periods, you may receive your shipping confirmation 1-2 days later than expected, but this likely won’t affect your delivery date. We appreciate your patience!

Standard — Orders placed by 2PM EST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 2PM EST Friday will be shipped the next business day. 
Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Express Shipping — Orders placed by 2PM EST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 2PM EST Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please allow additional time for orders shipped to PO Box addresses.

For orders shipped to PO box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only.

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact Customer Care for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call 800-609-5724 so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

REDIRECTING AN ORDER

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
